I recently took over a doctor's office and was considering no longer working with F1 iT. It would've been a huge mistake to do so. The team there are top notch - they were super helpful, sincere, and genuinely trying to make sure I'm prepared whether or not I continue working with them. I recently had them come into the office to redo all of the IT work that they had done 7 years ago when the office was set-up by them. It feels like a brand new office. I will say that they are not the cheapest IT team you can ask for, but you'll feel you're getting more than your money's worth when you begin working with them. Highest recommendation!
